We came across a great cocktail recipe that's perfect for chilling out and sipping poolside. It's so tasty, the phrase "cool as a cucumber" just might have been invented because of it - Enjoy!
1 cup cucumber vodka
1 cup tonic water
1/2 cup cucumber juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup simple syrup
handful fresh mint leaves
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker, shake, pour over ice and viola!
